Product delivery
The customer takes over the ordered services directly on the platform.
Product complaint
The seller is responsible for material defects of the items he sells on his website in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, especially the Civil Obligations Act. The buyer has the right to complain in relation to material defects within the deadlines and for reasons prescribed by the provisions of the said Act. The buyer can send a written complaint or complaint to e-mail: info@pick.jobs with the indication COMPLAINT.
The seller will consider the complaint valid if the inspection of one or more services determines that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In that case, it will be within 15 days of receipt.
Contract termination
RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF A CONTRACT CONCLUDED OUTSIDE OFFICE PREMISES OR CONCLUDED DISTANCE
The consumer may, without stating a reason, unilaterally terminate this contract, within 14 days from the day of concluding the contract or upon its receipt. The right to unilateral termination of the contract begins to run from the date of delivery, from the date of personal collection of the shipment. In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with a written notice stating that he is terminating the contract. The notice must be written on a durable medium and contain the information indicated below, and may be submitted as a letter sent by mail or e-mail. If the consumer exercises his right to unilateral termination, he will not bear the costs incurred in this connection, except for the direct costs of returning the service or materials related to the services. We can refund only after we agree on the reason for the delivery of the incomplete service. You can fill in and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract electronically.
