Your work tasks include:

  • System maintenance
  • Customer support
  • Staff education
  • Writing a manual
  • Laptop and desktop/mobile device management

Qualifications:

  • mandatory category B driver's license
  • basic understanding of operating systems and network configurations.
  • Customer service skills, patience and the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way.
  • independence in solving problems and efficient time management.
  • motivation to learn new technologies and progress
