We are looking for new colleagues for our technical support team.
As part of the Utiliter support team, you will be the link between our users and the technology they use every day. Your job will be to find the cause of the problem, explain the solution in an understandable way, and help the user get back to work as soon as possible.
The job includes communication with users, technical problem solving and occasional work in the field.
We are hiring a large number of candidates.
What are you going to do?
Your tasks will include:
One day you can help a user over the phone, the next you can troubleshoot a network or device issue on location, and the third you can train a new team to work with our system.

Experience working in the hospitality industry is an advantage because a large part of our solutions are used daily by restaurants, bars, hotels and other hospitality facilities.
