- Residential ESS (5–20 kWh): Smart, compact, and user-friendly battery storage cabinets for home PV systems.
- C&I ESS (100 kWh – several MWh): High-performance liquid-cooled storage cabinets and modular containerized systems designed for industrial parks, factories, retail groups, and EV charging hubs.
- Utility-Scale ESS (tens of MWh – GWh): Large containerized or power-station-level storage solutions for grid operators, IPPs, and renewable developers, supporting frequency regulation, peak shaving, renewable integration, and emergency backup.
Our flagship Storion Smart 261 kWh liquid-cooled cabinet and 5 MWh containerized ESS have been successfully deployed in European pilot projects, combining high energy density, long cycle life, intelligent EMS integration, and full EU certification (CE, IEC, EN standards).
🔑 Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Crostorion’s channel partner network in the assigned region.
- Identify, contact, and establish cooperation agreements with potential partners (lists provided by the company).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with PV distributors, EPC contractors, industrial customers, and energy companies.
- Support partners in achieving sales targets by providing training, technical support, and project coordination.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy changes, providing feedback to company management.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on partner development and sales pipeline.
📊 Performance Evaluation
- First 3 months: measured by the number of signed channel partners.
- After 3 months: measured by the sales volume generated via signed partners.
🎯 Target Partner Categories
- Residential ESS (5–20 kWh): PV distributors/installers, energy retailers, smart home integrators, real estate developers.
- C&I ESS (100 kWh – several MWh): EPC contractors, industrial park operators, high energy-consuming enterprises, retail/commercial real estate, charging station operators (CPOs), data centers, ESCOs, banks/leasing companies.
- Utility-scale ESS (tens of MWh – GWh): grid operators, IPPs, renewable power producers, government investment platforms, international energy companies, emergency management authorities.
👤 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in energy, engineering, business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or channel management (renewables, PV, or energy storage preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of independent work.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
- Willing to travel within the assigned region.
