Crostorion Energy doo, headquartered in Zagreb, is a fast-growing European company specializing in advanced lithium battery energy storage systems (ESS) .

We provide a full range of storage solutions:

• Residential ESS (5–20 kWh) – smart home storage systems.
• Commercial & Industrial ESS (100 kWh – several MWh) – modular storage cabinets and containerized solutions for businesses.
• Utility-scale ESS (tens of MWh – GWh) – grid-scale storage projects for renewable integration and frequency regulation.

To accelerate our growth, we are expanding our digital presence and building the Crostorion Partners (CP) program , enabling individuals and organizations to join our sales network and benefit from referrals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internet promotion campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, forums).
• Create short videos, infographics, and posts to promote Crostorion products and the CP referral program.
• Manage company social media accounts and increase community engagement.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, track metrics (views, leads, conversions), and optimize promotion strategies.
• Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to support fission-style growth (viral sharing, word-of-mouth, referrals).
• Explore new digital marketing channels for brand exposure and partner recruitment.

📊 Performance Goals

• First 3 months: measured by reach and engagement growth (followers, video views, community size).
• After 3 months: measured by lead generation and conversion from internet campaigns.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing / social media promotion (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Skilled in short video production, editing, and copywriting .
• Strong understanding of viral/fission-style marketing (how to trigger sharing and referral growth).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize campaigns.
• Fluent in English (Croatian or other European languages are a plus).
