Content Creator & Video Social Media Manager (m / f)

This is not an operational “public” position. This is   strategic, creative and executive role .

Role description

As   Content Creator & Video Social Media Manager , you will be the main and responsible person for:

Content Creation & Video production

• Independent creation, recording and editing of video content (short-form and long-form)
• Creation of educational, promotional and storytelling content
• Development of video formats for social networks, web and campaigns

Social networks – end-to-end accountability

• Channel management and development:
• META Business (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Planning, publication, monitoring of results and content optimization
• Development of communication tonality and visual identity in the digital space

Web & content

• Editing and updating content on the website
• Collaboration with development and product teams
• Clear and comprehensible communication of product value

PR and communications

• Writing PR announcements, announcements and communications to the media
• Participation in the development of campaigns and new product launches
• Building a recognizable public narrative for the PickJobs brand

Other

• Collaboration with partners, agencies and external collaborators
• Suggesting new formats, ideas and communication directions
• Active participation in brand development and strategic decisions

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who:

• There is   demonstrable experience in content creation and video production
• Understands social media   from within , not theoretically
• He knows how to connect.   creative, strategic and operational
• She is independent, responsible and organized.
• Has a strong sense of storytelling and brand communication
• Thinks long-term and takes ownership of results

A formal degree is not crucial. Results, a sense of content, and mentality are.
