PickJobs is an innovative employment platform that connects employers and employees in the Republic of Croatia but also includes countries: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Ukraine, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

• Control which information you want to share with others.
• Private users are allowed to represent themselves to employers.
  • A detailed profile allows each job seeker the opportunity to represent themself to employers so the end result is desired job for them.
• Employers can enable advanced search of employees profiles and advanced search of Job Ads of other companies.
  • Quick and easy communication with potential candidates through the platform.
  • Preliminary check of candidates and their abilities through the PJ QuickTest option.
  • Quick and efficient classification of registered candidates with PJ Select option.
  • Creating maps for the purpose of organizing candidates.
• As a job seeker, you have the ability to follow employers, their activities and news such as newly published Job Ads.
• As an employer, you have the option of adding job seekers to your database that is implemented in the platform for easier sorting or for the purpose of employment of candidates for some future jobs.
