Job Description

We are looking for a bartender/bartender (m/f) in a beach restaurant on the island of Brač near Supetar.

Beach bar & Restaurant Bunja is located in the idyllic cove of Babin laz near Supetar on the island of Brač. The restaurant is located within the Boutique camp, surrounded by a fragrant pine forest.

Job in the period: 16.6.-17.9.2023.

Job description: we are looking for a person who will be responsible for the preparation of drinks and beverages.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • preparation of drinks and beverages at the bar: coffee, cocktails, draft beers and wine, other bottled drinks,...
  • taking care of the hygiene of the premises, appliances and accessories, as well as the provisions in the bar and warehouse
  • ice cream collection
  • baking finished bakery products in the morning
    inventory management
  • take care of timely orders of goods, receipt of goods, and control of the quality and quantity of goods received

Conditions:

  • SSS (preferred to be a waiter, but not a requirement)
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
  • mandatory knowledge of the English language
  • must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility towards work,
  • should be inclined to teamwork and flexible
