Opis poslova:

Rad na recepciji
Prijava i odjava gostiju, naplata, briga oko gosta
Briga o hotelu te suradnja sa ostalim sektorima u hotelu (domaćinstvo, restoran)
Prodaja smještajnih kapaciteta
Poslovi mjenjačnice
Komunikacija s gostima putem elektronske pošte i telefona u skladu sa standardima
Pružanje servisnih informacija gostima

We invite you to become a part of our team in the following position:

RECEPTIONIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work at the reception
Check in and out of guests, payment, taking care of clients
Hotel care and cooperation with other sectors of the hotel (household, restaurant)
Sale of accommodation
Communication with guests by email and telephone in accordance with standards
Provide service information to guests

CONDITIONS

KV, Secondary education, language school
Advanced knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
Active knowledge of computer (MS Office, Internet)
Expressed creative, communication and organizational skills when performing business
Knowledge of business standards, motivation, and pursuit of maximum quality
Commitment to teamwork and work with people
