Job Description

We are looking for a waiter in a beach restaurant (m/f) on the island of Brač (Supetar).

Beach bar & Restaurant Bunja , hidden in a pine forest, just a few meters from Babin laz beach. With a beautiful view, it offers a perfect combination of tradition and modern gastronomy.

Your duties and responsibilities:

receiving and serving guests with food and drinks
receiving orders, issuing and charging invoices
calculation of daily allowance and money, which is handed over to the cashier along with the specification
inventory management
take care of timely orders of goods, receipt of goods, and control of the quality and quantity of goods received
taking care of the cleanliness and appearance of the tables
taking care of the hygiene of the premises, appliances and accessories, as well as the provisions in the bar and warehouse
ice cream collection
preparation of drinks and beverages at the bar in pre- and post-season
baking finished bakery products in the morning

Conditions:

SSS (preferred to be a waiter, but not a requirement)
Experience: min. 2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
mandatory knowledge of the English language
it must be aimed at the satisfaction of the guest and adaptable to the requests of the guest
must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility towards work,
should be inclined to teamwork and flexible
