Job Description:
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email
- Provide support regarding reservations, changes, and availability of accommodations
- Resolve guest and partner inquiries and issues
- Use internal tools to process requests
- Ensure a high level of customer experience
- Be the first point of contact for Booking.com partners and customers
What we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English
- Minimum secondary education
- Good computer skills• Communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or work from Greece
- Stable internet connection and a peaceful working environment
