Job Description
  • developing, implementing and monitoring the implementation of sales strategy for large key customers, and keeping documentation and analyzing the execution of a given sales plan
  • identifying and analyzing customer needs and proposing the development of specific products and solutions, processes and support that meet the current and future needs of large key customers
  • establishing and maintaining very good long-term business relationships with large key customers, monitoring and improving their satisfaction
  • defining, monitoring, analyzing and predicting key trends in market development and the needs of large key customers
  • building strong and sustainable customer relationships as a foundation for future business development
  • monitoring and supervising the implementation of contracts with key customers
  • establishing and maintaining a customer database
  • monitoring and realization of billing from key customers
  • managing key customer complaints
  • resolving possible complaints from key customers and preparing the basis for approvals and charges
  • writing complaints to suppliers
  • keeping all necessary records and preparing reports
  • contacting suppliers in case of incomplete documentation for receipt of goods
