Join our employees who are in their daily work supporting users to verify personal information. Communication with users is via video calling . All inquiries are related to the video identification of the user. Checks must be harmonized and reliable, otherwise anyone could make a purchase with a false identity or perform banking transactions under a false name. The patented video identification method therefore provides a legally compliant but fast check to be performed by our agents.

What will your day look like?

• you will start the job with training where you will get acquainted with the system and processes that you will need in your work
• you will provide customer support and respond to all inquiries via video call in a timely manner
• you will communicate in German on a daily basis
• you will have the full support of your Team Leader and the whole team.

The queries you will solve are most often related to:

• verification of user personal information via video call
• outgoing calls and sales are not in the job description .

Qualifications you need for the job:

• German language: B2 / C1 level in writing and speaking (advanced and independent user)
• English language: level B1 (advantage)
• computer skills: basic use of MS Office packages
• developed communication and interaction skills
• independence, motivation, organization and openness.

Place of work: Radnička cesta 39 (Center 2000), Zagreb (in compliance with all epidemiological measures prescribed for the COVID-19 virus)

Expected start of training and work: March 1, 2021.
