SCHOOL OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING - SPLIT Split, Tesla 2 Based on Article 107 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Official Gazette 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16 /12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22), Articles 6 - 8 of the Work Regulations and of Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the recruitment procedure and the assessment and evaluation of candidates for employment, the Electrical Engineering School - Split, Teslina 2, Split, announces a COMPETITION to fill the positions of TEACHER OF THE COMPUTER GROUP SUBJECTS -   1 executor, part-time (36 hours per week), indefinite working hours with the condition of trial work lasting three months To establish an employment relationship in addition to the general conditions for establishing an employment relationship, in accordance with the general labor regulations, the candidate must also fulfill the special conditions prescribed Article 105 and 106 of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (OG 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22), Article 37 of the Law on Vocational Education (OG 30/09, 24/10, 22/13, 25/18, 69/22), Rulebook on professional training and pedagogical-psychological education of teachers in secondary education (Official Gazette 1/96 and 80/99) and Curriculum of teaching subjects. An employment relationship in an educational institution cannot be established by a person for whom there are obstacles from Article 106 of the Act on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (Official Gazette 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5 /12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 7/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22). Along with the handwritten application, the candidate must attach:

  • biography
  • diploma, or proof of the appropriate type and level of education
  • certificate or certificate of acquired pedagogical competences (for candidates who are required by law to acquire them)
  • proof of citizenship
  • certificate of the competent court that the applicant is not under investigation and that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the applicant regarding obstacles to establishing an employment relationship from Article 106 of the Act on Education in Primary and Secondary Schools (not older than one month from the date of publication of the competition)
  • electronic record or confirmation of data recorded in the database of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
  • other necessary attachments/documents/evidence (for candidates who have acquired a foreign educational qualification, and for candidates who, according to special regulations, are entitled to the right of preference in employment under equal conditions)

In the application for the competition, the applicant's personal data (name and surname, residential address, telephone number or mobile phone number, preferably an e-mail address) and the name of the position applied for are stated. Attachments, i.e. documents that candidates are required to attach to the tender application, are attached in uncertified copies, and before concluding the employment contract, the selected candidate is required to present the originals or copies certified by a notary public in accordance with the Notary Public Act (Official Gazette 78/93, 29/ 94, 162/98, 16/07, 75/09 and 120/16). In accordance with the Law on Gender Equality (Official Gazette 82/08 and 69/17), persons of both sexes can equally apply to the competition. Expressions used in the competition, which have a gender meaning, are used neutrally and refer equally to men and women. A candidate who has acquired an educational qualification outside the Republic of Croatia must submit document(s) proving the recognition of the foreign educational qualification and exercising the right to access and practice a regulated profession. A candidate who exercises the right of preference during employment according to Article 102, Paragraphs 1-3 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21), Article 48f of the Protection Act of military and civilian war invalids (Official Gazette 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 02/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03 , 148/13 and 98/19), Article 9 of the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20), and Article 48 of the Law on Civil Victims of of the Homeland War (Official Gazette 84/21), he is obliged to refer to that right in his application for a public tender, and in addition to proof of fulfillment of the required conditions from the tender, to attach to the application all the necessary documentation and evidence prescribed by the law to which he is referring, and he has advantage over other candidates only under equal conditions. A candidate who invokes the right to priority in employment under equal conditions on the basis of Article 102 paragraphs 1-3. of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21), with the application to the public tender, in addition to the attached evidence of fulfillment of the required conditions from the tender, the applicant must also attach all necessary evidence of fulfilling the conditions for exercising the right to priority in employment prescribed by Article 103, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21). The Commission will invite all candidates who submitted a complete application with all attachments and documents in a timely manner and who meet the conditions of the competition to an assessment or testing at least five days before the day set for the assessment or testing. The invitation will state the date, time and place of the assessment or testing, the method of assessment or testing, and legal and other sources for candidate preparation if the assessment or testing is conducted on knowledge of the regulations. As a rule, the invitation will be delivered via electronic mail to the candidate's e-mail address and will be published on the publicly accessible website of the School http://ss-elektrotehnicka-st.skole.hr/natje_aji_u_tijeku . documents and fulfills the conditions of the competition, he is obliged to take part in the assessment or testing according to the provisions of the Ordinance on the recruitment procedure and assessment and evaluation of candidates for employment at the Electrotechnical School-Split, which is available on the School's link http://ss-elektrotehnicka-st.skole.hr/ exchange , if the candidate does not participate in the assessment or testing, it is considered that he has given up his application for the competition. By submitting an application to the competition, the candidate expressly agrees that the Elektrotehnička škola-Split, Tesla 2, Split, as a data controller, may collect, use and further process his personal data for the purpose of implementing the competition procedure in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and the provisions of the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Protection personal data (NN 42/18). The deadline for submitting applications for the tender is 8 days from the date of publication of the tender on the website and bulletin board of the School of Electrical Engineering-Split, Tesla 2, Split, as well as the website and bulletin board of the Croatian Employment Service. Applications with the necessary documentation on meeting the conditions of the tender must be submitted directly or by mail to the address: Elektrotehnička škola - Split, Teslina 2, 21000 Split, with the indication: "For the tender - name of the position for which the candidate is applying". Applications with incomplete and inadequate documentation, as well as applications submitted on time, will not be considered. The commission will, as a rule, inform the person by electronic mail that he did not submit a timely or complete application or that he does not meet the conditions of the competition and that he does not participate in the further procedure for the selection of candidates. Candidates registered for the competition will be informed about the results of the competition via the School's website, link: http://ss-elektrotehnicka-st.skole.hr/natje_aji_u_tijeku , no later than fifteen days from the day of signing the employment contract with the selected candidate. In the case of the participation of candidates with the right priority in employment, the School delivers the notification about the selection of candidates by e-mail or post to all candidates. The competition was published on the advertisement and online pages of the school and the CES on January 12, 2023, and ends on January 20, 2023.
