Pursuant to Article 26 of the Preschool Education Act (Official Gazette 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 98/19 57/22 and 101/23) and Article 42, paragraph 3, indent 6 of the Statute of the Kindergarten "DIN-DON" Gradec CLASS: 003-05/21-02/1 , REG. NUMBER: 238/09-04-03–21-2, the Governing Board of the Kindergarten "DIN-DON" Gradec announces
COMPETITION
for performing the duties of the job:
EDUCATOR – fixed-term, full-time, 1 employee
To be employed as a kindergarten teacher, candidates must meet, in addition to the general requirements, the requirements prescribed in Article 24 of the Preschool Education Act (Official Gazette, No. 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 57/22 and 101/23) and Article 2 of the Ordinance on the type of professional qualifications of professional employees and the type and level of professional qualifications of other employees in kindergartens (Official Gazette, No. 133/97).
Candidates must meet the following requirements for employment:
completed undergraduate university studies or professional studies for preschool educators, or studies for educators leading to higher professional qualifications in accordance with previous regulations (preschool educator - preschool teacher), or completed university graduate studies or specialist studies for educators.
In addition to the above requirements, candidates must also meet the general requirements for employment:
majority
Croatian citizenship
medical fitness to perform the duties of the position (Evidence of health fitness to perform the duties of the position will be submitted by the selected candidate after receiving the notification of selection).
A person who has the disabilities defined in Article 25 of the Preschool Education Act (Official Gazette 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 57/22 and 101/23) cannot enter into an employment relationship in a kindergarten.
In addition to the signed application, candidates must also submit the following documents as proof of meeting the requirements for employment:
CV (handwritten)
a copy of the citizenship certificate or an electronic record from the citizen's book
a copy of your ID card,
a copy of the diploma of the acquired professional qualifications,
copy of the certificate of passing the professional exam
electronic record or confirmation of data recorded in the registry of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
The following documents (not older than 30 days from the date of publication of the vacancy) shall be submitted as proof of the absence of obstacles to employment in accordance with Article 25 of the Preschool Education Act.
a) certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2 of the Preschool Education Act
b) certificate from the competent court that no misdemeanor proceedings are being conducted against the candidate pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 4 of the Preschool Education Act
c) a certificate from the Center for Social Welfare that no protective measures have been imposed against the candidate
personal rights and well-being of the child
Documents are attached as uncertified copies, and the original will be presented before the candidate is selected.
By submitting an application for the competition, applicants expressly agree that the DIN-DON Gradec Kindergarten, as the manager of the personal data collection, may collect, use and further process data for the purpose of implementing the competition procedure in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data.
People of both sexes can apply for the competition.
A candidate who invokes the right to priority in employment under positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia is obliged to refer to this rule in the application for the competition, attach the prescribed evidence of this right, and exercise priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.
Unemployed persons from Article 102, paragraph 1, in the order of points a) to k), or employed persons from paragraph 2 of the same provision of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans
war and their family members ("Official Gazette", No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21 and 156/23), in addition to the required evidence of meeting the conditions of this competition, in order to exercise the right to priority in employment, the application must also include evidence prescribed by Article 103, paragraph 1 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Their Family Members, available on the website of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843 .
Candidates who invoke the right to priority in employment pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (OG 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) are required to invoke the said right and submit all evidence prescribed by Article 9 in order to exercise the right to priority in employment under equal conditions.
A valid application is considered to be one that contains all the information and attachments specified in the text of this competition.
The terms listed in the competition in the masculine gender are neutral and refer to people of both sexes.
Applications should be submitted by registered mail or in person, in a sealed envelope, to the headquarters of the DIN-DON Gradec Kindergarten, Gradec 97, 10345 Gradec, within 10 days from the date of publication of the vacancy, with the following note: "DO NOT OPEN - for the vacancy of a teacher, fixed-term, full-time".
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
A fixed-term full-time employment contract will be concluded with the selected candidate, with a probationary period of one month.
Candidates will be notified of the results of the competition within 8 days of the selection date.
