Job Description:

With passion and retail know-how, the division bundles the travel-related premium shopping experience and links it with the Miles & More customer loyalty program.

In our Worldshops we offer high-quality branded products, from suitcases, electronics, watches and jewelery to other travel accessories, 365 days a year.

• You sell high-quality branded products as well as individual and service-oriented advice for international customers
• You provide professional guidance and motivate employees in day-to-day business
• You increase store performance in the long term through sales-promoting activities
• You represent the store manager and support him in his tasks
• Control and further development of the operative sales and process flows in the shop
• Ordering of goods, acceptance and control of goods as well as presentation of goods
• Creation of the personnel deployment plan
• You take on subtasks in projects

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the retail sector, additional qualification (e.g. commercial specialist/trainee) desirable
• Several years of professional experience in retail, initial managerial experience desirable
• Working independently and enjoying individual advice
• Positive charisma, confident and confident demeanor & team-oriented work
• Strong communication skills, fun to encourage employees
• Flexibility for shift, Sunday and holiday service
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English, ideally additional foreign language skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Unrestricted employment permit for Austria
