As an employee in sales (male/female) you start into a secure future at Continentale Landesdirektion Behr.

Your tasks:

• You are the contact person and companion for the private and corporate customers in your portfolio
• They advise customers and broker products from the Continentale insurance network
• Team success is no stranger to you: you promote it by introducing sales impulses
• You are jointly responsible for the strategic expansion of the existing customer base and for the acquisition of new customers

Your skills:

• Preferably you have completed training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (lateral entry possible)
• You enjoy dealing with people
• You have sales talent, ideally already have experience in sales and are characterized by customer understanding and communication skills
• You are a team player and impress with your friendly, courteous and professional manner

What sets you apart:

Ideally, you already have experience in sales. You have a quick grasp, a conscientious and independent way of working and a strong organizational talent. As our calling card, you have very good verbal and written expression. Last but not least, you are curious and look forward to continuous learning and development.
