TECHNOLOGIST

Job description:

• Making models of new and existing products according to given technical designs,
• preparation of workshop documentation for production,
• product modeling and technological development,
• proposing changes adapted to serial production,
• monitoring the first series of products and active participation in the development of work instructions,
• improvement (using new materials and technologies) of existing devices and products in order to increase productivity and simplify serial production,
• production of programs and cutting images on CNC machines,
• adaptations of models and designs for special elements (products) according to specific requirements,
• corrections of calculations and components for new products,
• active participation in the improvement of production, selection of new machines and technologies primarily in the wood industry.

Conditions:

• Education: Higher education, higher education or higher education (mechanical engineering, construction, electrical engineering),
• mandatory work experience of 3 years in the same or similar positions (preference will be given to candidates with experience in production of similar size companies),
• knowledge of English,
• knowledge of MS Office packages.

Desirable qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of production processes with technological processes, especially knowledge of processing technologies of all types of materials (metal, solid, plate, foam and fabric),
• making and understanding workshop drawings, 3D models, components and other technical documentation,
