Job Description

Due to the increased workload in the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure, we are looking for a responsible and reliable person for the position of Flexible Mechanization Operator.The person in this position will operate specialized railway machinery and actively participate in the execution of work on the track, while strictly adhering to safety and technical regulations. The job requires professionalism, precision, a responsible approach to work, and readiness for field work.Field work in the Republic of Croatia.

Key duties and tasks:

•Handling flexible machinery intended for work on railway infrastructure

•Participation in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of railway tracks

•Preparing machinery and equipment for work and performing daily technical inspections

•Cooperating with the site manager

•Compliance with occupational safety and railway traffic safety regulationsResponsible and safe operation of machinery and equipment

Desirable skills and competencies:

•Secondary vocational education (SSS)

•Qualification for operating flexible and/or construction machinery (license or certificate)

•Desirable work experience in the same or similar jobs

•Readiness for field work

•Responsibility and adherence to safety rules

Advantages (not required):

•Experience working on railway or other infrastructure projects

•Qualification to operate multiple types of flexible and construction machinery

•Category B driver's license
