Store Manager (male / female)

Job Description:

With passion and retail know-how, the division bundles the travel-related premium shopping experience and links it with the Miles & More customer loyalty program.

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the teams on the sales floor
• You are responsible for the economic control and optimization of the Worldshop at the Vienna location in coordination with the Store & Inflight Shopping Retail department
• You control and ensure the operative sales and process flows (product presentation, customer service, advice and sales) as well as guaranteeing the continuous process quality
• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning
• You motivate and continuously develop your team
• You are actively involved in sales
• You are the contact person for the airport for operational issues
• You take on subtasks in projects

Your profile:

• Completed (technical) university degree in economics; Alternatively, commercial vocational training, preferably in retail in connection with several years of relevant professional experience, additional qualification (e.g. commercial specialist) desirable
• Management experience in the service sector, ideally as a shop manager in retail
• Strong communication skills, confident and confident demeanor and team-oriented work
  
• Distinctive sales talent with a hands-on mentality and enjoys advising customers individually
  
• Independent and conceptual way of working
  
• Confident handling of key business figures and strategic perception
  
• Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally additional foreign language skills
  
• Flexibility for shift, Sunday and holiday service
  
• Confident use of MS Office
  
• Unrestricted employment permit for Austria
