The following tasks await you:

• Ensure data transparency for financial, utilization and performance metrics per program and area
• Representation of the area in the monthly financial and performance overview
• Development and introduction of innovative working methods within business management - digital transformation and automation
• Identifying performance issues and directing or supporting improvement and efficiency actions and projects

We wish us:

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in controlling, finance, process improvement, and business management
• Knowledge of developing and introducing a reporting system
• Excellent communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
• Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, to coordinate work processes efficiently and to achieve goals on schedule
• Passion for new technologies and trends
• Business fluent knowledge of English and German
• Tools: Google Suite
