Tasks:

providing technical support to users in the field, diagnosing and resolving problems related to IT systems, networks and applications.
Resolving customer queries via phone and/or email
ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot networks, including LAN and WLAN.
user education on the use of IT resources and implementation of best practices.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve support services.
work in flexible shifts, as agreed.

Qualifications:

mandatory category B driver's license
responsibility, dynamism and ambition
willingness to work in a team and learn
communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
