Tasks:

providing technical support to users in the field, diagnosing and solving problems related to IT systems, networks and applications.
Solving user inquiries by phone and/or email
ensuring a high level of service quality and user satisfaction
installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment.
managing and troubleshooting networks, including LANs and WLANs.
user education on the use of IT resources and implementation of best practices.
cooperation with the team for continuous improvement of support services.

Qualifications:

mandatory category B driver's license
responsibility, dynamism and ambition
readiness for teamwork and learning
communication, presentation and negotiation skills
experience working in the hospitality industry is an advantage
