Junior IT Specialist (m / f)

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and passionate person   IT Support specialist (m/f)   who will join our team and provide superior technical support to our clients. Tasks:

• providing technical support to users in the field, diagnosing and solving problems related to IT systems, networks and applications.
• installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment.
• managing and troubleshooting networks, including LANs and WLANs.
• communication with users to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• monitoring and documenting interventions and monitoring the progress of problem solving.
• user education on the use of IT resources and implementation of best practices.
• cooperation with the team for continuous improvement of support services.

Qualifications:

• experience in technical support or related fields
• basic understanding of operating systems and network configurations.
• customer service skills, patience and the ability to simply explain technical solutions.
• driving license B category.
• independence in solving problems and efficient time management.
• motivation to learn new technologies and progress
