Your work tasks include:

System maintenance
Customer support
Staff education
Writing a manual
Laptop and desktop/mobile device management

Qualifications:

mandatory category B driver's license
basic understanding of operating systems and network configurations.
Customer service skills, patience and the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way.
independence in solving problems and efficient time management.
motivation to learn new technologies and progress
