Computer Technician (m / f)

Do you love technology, problem solving and the feeling when you find the reason why something doesn't work?

We are looking for a new person for our technical team who wants to learn, develop, and work on real IT systems and technical challenges.

This position is ideal for someone who is at the beginning of their IT career, has basic technical knowledge, and wants to turn it into practical experience.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. What's important to us is that you understand the basics, think logically, love technology, and are eager to learn.

What are you going to do?

  Your tasks will include:

• maintenance and adjustment of computer systems
• providing technical and user support to clients
• Diagnosing and resolving problems with computers, mobile devices, operating systems, and network configurations
• installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• user education for working with our software solutions
• creating clear and understandable user instructions and manuals
• cooperation with other members of the technical and development team
• continuous learning and familiarization with new technologies

The job is dynamic and not every day looks the same. One day you could be solving a user's technical problem, the next configuring a device, and the next educating the user on how to work with our solution.

What are we looking for?

We expect from candidates:

• basic understanding of operating systems and network configurations
• interest in computers, technology and solving technical problems
• patience and good communication skills when working with users
• ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way
• independence, responsibility and good time organization
• motivation for learning new technologies and professional development
• driving license category B

Previous work experience is an advantage, but it is not the most important criterion. Your motivation, approach to work, and desire to learn are much more important to us.
