Job Description

Do you like solving problems, are you good with technology, and know how to stay calm when the user "doesn't work"?

We are looking for new colleagues for our technical support team.

As part of the Utiliter support team, you will be the link between our users and the technology they use every day. Your job will be to find the cause of the problem, explain the solution in an understandable way, and help the user get back to work as soon as possible.

The job includes communication with users, technical problem solving and occasional work in the field.

We are hiring a large number of candidates.

 

What are you going to do?

 

Your tasks will include:

  • providing technical support to users by phone, e-mail and in the field
  • diagnosing and resolving problems related to IT systems, applications and networks
  • installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment
  • working with LAN and WLAN networks and solving basic network problems
  • user education for working with our software solutions
  • helping users in their daily work and answering their queries
  • monitoring and resolving user requests with a focus on service quality
  • cooperation with other members of the support and development team
  • participating in the continuous improvement of customer support

One day you can help a user over the phone, the next you can troubleshoot a network or device issue on location, and the third you can train a new team to work with our system.

  • You are a responsible, organized and proactive person.
  • You know how to approach a problem independently, but also cooperate with a team.
  • motivates you to learn new technologies and systems
  • Are you ready for occasional field work?
  • Are you comfortable working in flexible shifts as agreed?
  • you have a category B driver's license

Experience working in the hospitality industry is an advantage because a large part of our solutions are used daily by restaurants, bars, hotels and other hospitality facilities.
