Job Description
  • To increase the scope of work and develop new solutions, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics technical advisor who understands user requirements and can turn them into a documented call for clear user needs in the form of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • The role of the advisor includes adapting the Microsoft Dynamics 365CE system and the Microsoft Power Platform to user needs while creating functional documentation.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Adapt existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE system capabilities
  • Designing, designing, building and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 innovative solutions
  • Defining user requirements
  • Preparation of user and technical documentation
  • End user education
  • Monitoring the operation of existing Microsoft Dynamics systems
  • Conducting and performing manual and automated testing
  • Concern for compliance with ISO and GDPR standards
  • Technical project management
  • Participation in the preparation of integrations
