Job Description

What are you doing:

  • tasks of preparing and cooking food according to the menu
  • submitting a written need for groceries according to the menu and regulations
  • participation in the creation of the menu and responsibility for compliance with regulations in the prescribed type, quantity and balanced selection of certain foods
  • collection and disposal of food waste
  • responsibility for timely and quality food preparation in accordance with the current menu
  • responsibility for the cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, accessories and complete hygiene in the kitchen (maintenance and disinfection of the kitchen area and other related areas and equipment, washing and disinfection of dishes)
  • procurement care and responsibility for fixed assets, small inventory in the kitchen, dining room and utility rooms
  • distribution of food by portions and meals and responsibility for preparing diet food
  • responsibility for the proper use of means and materials for work
  • responsibility for food consumption in your shift
  • coordination with the work of the auxiliary worker in the kitchen in his shift
  • responsibility for the entire work of the kitchen in his shift
  • responsibility for compliance with all sanitary and hygienic regulations
  • responsibility for the use and handling of the entire kitchen inventory
