Job Description
  • Qualification: Qualified chef
  • organizing the work schedule in the kitchen according to the instructions of the head chef or independently in the absence of the head chef,
  • daily preparation and organization of work according to the instructions of the head chef
  • preparing and cooking meals according to a set plan, with responsibility for the quality, appearance and taste of meals, and quality control of meals,
  • food output control (qualitative and quantitative),
  • taking care of the quality and quantity of food in food warehouses (control of incoming goods and health safety, storage conditions and handling of food, shelf life) and keeping records of the type, quantity and time of procurement of necessary food,
  • responsibility for the cleanliness of the kitchen, the tidiness of the kitchen staff and the implementation of general and special hygiene conditions (personal and environmental hygiene, hygienic conditions of food storage, production and food service)
  • implementation and recording of HACCP measures,
  • participation in menu development with an emphasis on expanding the offer,
  • care for kitchen inventory, equipment and devices, and control of their correctness and proper use,
  • performance of other tasks within the scope of work at the behest of the head chef and director
  • is obliged to be properly and properly trained and use the occupational safety equipment provided by the employer
  • he is obliged to act in accordance with the requirements and rules of occupational safety, fire protection, and behavior and dealings with service users regarding his work and performance of work duties,
  • performs other tasks according to the instructions and orders of the Director, Management Board and immediate supervisor,
  • keeps the company's trade secret,
  • is responsible for his work to the company's Management Board
