Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • organization of the entire work of the kitchen
  • organizing work schedules and duties in the team
  • care for the quality of food production and presentation
  • takes care of and controls the set norms and optimal use of raw materials in order to rationalize the cost of food and beverages
  • quality control and quantity of goods received
  • care for compliance with all regulations for food storage and maintenance of hygiene standards
  • training employees in the workplace and encouraging their creativity
  • implementing and developing new products in order to increase quality

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • minimum 3 years of experience working in restaurants
  • active knowledge of English and desirable knowledge of German or another language
  • expertise, professionalism, motivation and responsibility
  • ability to transfer knowledge and train others
  • flexible working hours
