Job Description
  • planning and implementation of activities related to the development of BIOCenter programs (assessment of technological potential, state and analysis of the market and competition, development of business plans, etc.),
  • providing operational and advisory services to the Management and users of BIOCenter related to the development of business networking, exchange and implementation of technological potential, penetration of new (foreign) markets, improving competitiveness,
  • analysis and preparation of financial documentation for the needs of the Management Board,
  • planning and monitoring of the Company's costs, monitoring of market trends and informing and reporting to the Management Board,
  • support in the operations of the Company, the Management Board, Heads of laboratories and Heads of other departments in the formulation of prices and preparation of bids, as well as monitoring and optimization of financial results of operations,
  • Development of programs and plans for business, professional and technical (technological) education, courses and seminars for BIOCentar, incubation companies and BIOCenter users,
  • planning and implementation of activities related to contracting and maintaining business relations with existing and new clients, suppliers and users of BIOCenter,
  • Creating contracts with clients, suppliers and users of BIOCenter,
  • design and implementation of new business processes for program development,
  • active promotion of the BIOCenter and activities arising from the BIOCenter program,
  • preparation of project documentation (EU and other funds), ensuring compliance with the rules and procedures of the Republic of Croatia and the EU and the European Commission,
  • planning and coordination of project implementation,
  • cooperation with the General Affairs Department related to the planning and implementation of procurement procedures and support in the operational affairs of the Company,
  • periodic reporting to the members of the Management Board of BICRO BIOCenter and providing information for the purpose of preparing reports to the Assembly of the Company,
  • performing other related tasks by order of the Management Board
  • at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • at least 2 years of experience in collaboration or project management
  • at least 2 years of work experience in conducting procurement procedures
