Implementation of research and development activities for innovative products and processes.
Execution of Research and Development (R&D) activities for the development of innovative processes and products: planning and conducting experiments, collecting and processing data, and preparing summaries/reports. Participation in the optimization of crystallization processes and the development of formulations (e.g., salt with antioxidants from Dunaliella), including pilot batches and validation of key quality parameters. Sample preparation, performing basic analytical tests (according to internal guidelines/SOPs), ensuring data traceability and quality, and compliance with HACCP/GLP/ISO requirements. Maintaining laboratory and field documentation, and preparing input materials for project reports and internal quality audits. Coordination of sampling and exchange of samples/data between Solana and scientific partners; operational support for the installation/maintenance of equipment relevant to the tests. Participation in internal team training and the transfer of results into protocols and the routine of the production process.
The fixed-term position is being filled for the purpose of implementing research, development, and innovation projects at Solana Pag d.o.o., on a full-time basis, with the workplace located at the employer's facilities/headquarters.
