Job Description
  • management, organization and responsibility for the work of the Tailoring Department, work in the Tailoring Department; eg tailoring jobs in the production of upholstered furniture,
  • work on machines (eg CNC fabric cutter) and with different tools, work with different types of fabrics, business control of cut parts, etc.,
  • management and organization of workers in the Tailoring Department; eg organizing shifts, monitoring the absence and efficiency of workers, cooperation with other workers and cooperation with external associates, monitoring the development of new technologies, machines and materials in order to improve production processes in society,
  • improving production processes in order to increase productivity and quality,
  • proposing and implementing production optimization measures,
  • regular monitoring and control of production process parameters and reporting on the achievement of set goals,
  • solving technological problems in production.
