Job Description
  • We are looking for communicative, motivated and interested candidates who will build the future of passenger and goods transport - a platform that connects drivers and users with cars, motorcycles and everything else needed to move quickly and conveniently in the city.
  • providing customer support through channels of written (e-mail and chat) and oral communication (telephone call) in real time
  • communication in the Slovak language
  • customer care and assistance in using the application
  • Slovak language: level C1 in writing and speaking (advanced and independent user)
  • English language: level B2 (for training purposes and understanding of learning materials, system work and internal communication)
  • basic use of MS Office packages, speed and accuracy in typing
  • excellent communication and interaction skills
  • effective written and oral communication
  • independence, motivation, organization and openness.
