Due to continuous business growth, we are looking for a precise, responsible and organized person to join our administrative and financial team. The work takes place exclusively in the office in Zagreb, Prečko.
Your responsibilities
- Employee registration and deregistration (HZMO/HZZO)
- Keeping and monitoring records of employee working hours
- Preparation of contracts and accompanying documentation for employees and suppliers
- Monitoring projects and tenders for funding (EU funds, HAMAG-BICRO, etc.)
- Entering incoming invoices into the accounting program
- Input and control of bank statements
- Making payments to suppliers
- Written communication exclusively in English with freelancers via the ticketing system within the GameBoost interface (responding to administrative and operational inquiries from users and partners)
- Cooperation with external accounting and internal teams
- Participation in the preparation of investment documentation and the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
What are we looking for?
- Completed 4-year secondary school or higher education
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative and/or financial matters
- Experience in at least 40% of the listed tasks
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking (minimum B2 level)
- Self-confidence and independence in written business communication in English
- High level of organization, precision and responsibility
- Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Good command of digital tools and business systems (MS Office, accounting programs)
- Knowledge of working in government online systems such as e-Tax, HZZO, HZMO, e-Authorization, etc. – an advantage
Working conditions
- Workplace: office in Zagreb, Prečko
- Working hours: morning shift (full-time)
- Type of contract: fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of switching to an indefinite one
