The employer cannot cancel the employment contract for women who are pregnant and using maternity, parental or adoption leave.
Also, the employer may not refuse to employ a pregnant woman due to her condition or cancel her employment contract, nor offer her an amended employment contract or offer her an employment contract under less favorable conditions.
Protection against dismissal also applies to mothers who:
they use maternity, parental or adoption leave
they work half-time or half-time due to the increased care and care of the child
they use leave to breastfeed their child
they use leave or half-time work to care for a child with severe developmental disabilities
The protection also applies to a period of 15 days from termination of pregnancy or termination of use of one of the enumerated rights.
