We are located in the center of the marina in Vrsar, next to the main promenade with a beautiful view of the Vrsar bay and the island of St. Juraj. In our menu you can find traditional Istrian dishes and numerous Mediterranean and international dishes. Among the specialties, we distinguish blacksmith fish prepared in different ways, lobster, muchkalica, etc. We are the fourth generation of the Ferati family, which is engaged in the catering business, and we cherish the traditions of our ancestors.

Job description:

  • preparing various types of dishes and desserts
  • portioning and serving dishes on a plate
  • responsible for inventory, quality and food preparation
  • maintenance of cleanliness of technical devices and kitchen dishes
  • taking care of the cleanliness of the work space and equipment

Conditions:

  • KV, SSS, VKV – chef or master chef

Required years of experience: 2
