PUBLIC COMPETITION
to establish an employment relationship for an indefinite period with full-time employment for the position:

• PSYCHOLOGIST – 1 executor
  
  Requirements that candidates must meet:
  - Croatian citizenship,
  – VSS – completed undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies in psychology,
  - at least 1 year of professional experience in a prescribed academic title and academic degree,
  – passed professional exam, with the exception prescribed by Article 258 of the Social Welfare Act (Official Gazette No. 18/22 and 46/22),
  – recognized right to perform psychological activities,
  - the absence of obstacles from Article 261, paragraph 1 of the Social Welfare Act (Official Gazette no. 18/22 and 46/22),
  - trial work lasting 6 months.
  
  Special conditions:
  - knowledge of the Italian language, active in language and writing,
  - computer skills.
  Along with the application to the public tender, candidates are required to attach:
  – resume with contact phone number and e-mail address,
  - a copy of proof of citizenship,
  – a copy of proof of professional training,
  - a copy of the certificate of passing the professional exam or proof of exemption from taking the professional exam,
  – a copy of the approval for performing psychological activities,
  - confirmation that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (no older than 30 days from the date of publication of the public tender),
  - proof of seniority (electronic record, i.e. confirmation of data recorded in the database of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute),
  - proof of work experience in the relevant jobs - employer's certificate or other proof of work experience that must contain the type of work the candidate performed and the periods in which the candidate performed the specified jobs (copy of employer's certificate, copy of employment contract).
  
  Documents are attached in copies, and before the election, the candidate is obliged to attach the originals.
  Based on Art. 13 of the Law on Gender Equality (Official Gazette No. 82/08, 69/17), persons of both sexes may apply for the advertised position.
  Candidates who, according to special regulations, exercise the right to priority in employment must refer to that right in their application, that is, attach all prescribed documentation according to a special law with the application, and have priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.
  Candidates who, in their application, refer to the right of preference in employment in accordance with Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and their Family Members (Official Gazette No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21) must, in addition to evidence of meeting the required conditions must also be attached to the evidence prescribed by Article 103, paragraph 1 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and their family members, which are published on the website of the Ministry of Croatian Veterans: https://branitelji.gov.hr/UserDocsImages //dokumenti/Nikola//list of%20evidence%20for%20realization%20rights%20advantages%20pri%20zapo%C5%A1ljavanju-%20ZOHBDR%202021.pdf .

  An application that contains all the information and attachments specified in the public tender is considered a proper application. Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
  Candidates who meet all the prescribed conditions from the competition and whose applications are complete and timely can be invited to a preliminary knowledge and ability check or/and professional selection at the Croatian Employment Service, and to an oral interview.
  Candidates will be informed about the place and time of the test no later than five days before the test through the website of the Center for Social Welfare Rovinj, Centro di Assistenza Sociale Rovigno ( www.czss-rovinj.hr ).
  
  Applications with the necessary documentation on meeting the conditions of the competition must be submitted by mail, registered mail or in person, to the address of the Center for Social Welfare Rovinj, Carera 21/II, 52210 Rovinj, with the indication: "APPLICATION FOR PSYCHOLOGIST COMPETITION - DO NOT OPEN" within 8 days from the publication of the tender.
  
  By submitting an application to the competition, candidates give their consent to the Center for Social Welfare Rovinj - Centro di Assistenza Sociale Rovigno that, as the manager of the collection of personal data, it can collect, use and further process their personal data exclusively for the purpose of implementing the competition procedure in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data.
  
  Candidates will be informed about the results of the competition through the website of the Center for Social Welfare Rovinj, Centro di Assistenza Sociale Rovigno ( www.czss-rovinj.hr ), and in accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1, Item 10 of the Law on the Right to Access to Information (NN number 25/13, 85/15).
