Based on Article 261 of the Social Welfare Act (Official Gazette No. (18/22 and 46/22) ; Article 43 of the Statute of the Home, and the consent of the Administrative Council of the Home for the Elderly and Infirm "Atilio Gamboc" Umag, the director of the Home announces

COMPETITION
for employment

1. A NURSE TECHNICIAN
   Three (3) executors (m/f) on a full-time basis
   
   CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT:
   

Candidates must meet the general requirements for establishing an employment relationship (adulthood, Croatian citizenship and health capacity to perform the duties of the position to which the person is being accepted) and the following special conditions:

AD 1. NURSE / TECHNICIAN

• Professional training – completed high school education for a nurse/technician or professional nursing studies
• Special requirements – passed professional exam, license, knowledge of the Italian language, computer skills
• Trial work - 3 months

BENEFITS:
In addition to incentive income for candidates who do not have a place of residence in the area of the city of Umag, the Employer also offers co-financing of accommodation costs up to HRK 1,500.00/EUR 199.09 per month, converted into EUR in accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro as an Official Currency in the Republic of Croatia adopted on May 13, 2022. . (Official Gazette 57/2022) according to which a fixed conversion rate of HRK 7.53450 for EUR 1 is prescribed. .
A person who is found to have obstacles from Article 213 of the Social Welfare Act, Official Gazette no. 157/13, 152/14, 99/15, 52/16, 16/17, 130/17, 78/19).
Both genders can apply for the Competition.

People who do not know how to work with a computer or the Italian language can be hired, with the obligation to obtain a certificate of knowledge of the same within the deadline required by the Employer.
With the candidates registered for the competition who meet the formal requirements and who, based on the competences listed in the CV, enter the shortlist, the Director and the Administrative Council of the House or a special committee that will be formed for the implementation of the competition procedure, will conduct an interview, about which the candidates will be informed in writing through. If the candidate does not attend the interview at the set time, it will be considered that he has withdrawn his application for the competition.
A candidate who has the right to priority in employment according to a special law is obliged to refer to that right in applying for an ad and to attach appropriate documents as proof of status and other evidence in accordance with the special law regulating that right, and he has priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.
A candidate who invokes the right of preference in employment in accordance with Art. 102 of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families ("Narodne Novine" No. 121/17.98/19), Art. 48. f of the Law on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette No. 33/92; 57/92; 77/92; 27/93; 2/94; 76/94; 108/95; 108/96; 82/01 ; 103/03; 148/13 and 98/19), Art. 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13; 152/14; 39/18 and 32/20) is obliged to refer to this right in applying for an advertisement and has priority over other candidates only under equal conditions.

A candidate who invokes the right of priority in employment in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law on
professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities, in addition to the proof of fulfillment of the conditions required by this advertisement, when applying for the advertisement, must also attach proof of the established status of the person with a disability.

MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION:

Candidates must submit the following documents along with their application for the Competition:

• biography,
• a copy of the identity card,
• a copy of the diploma/certificate of the school completed (proof of expertise according to the conditions of the Competition),
• proof of seniority - confirmation from the HZMO and/or employment contract or employer's certificate confirming work in the requested jobs
• proof or declaration of knowledge of computer work
• proof or declaration of knowledge of the Italian language
• proof of a passed professional exam and a copy of a valid license
• passed driving test category "B" (copy of driver's license)
• certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (not older than the date of the announcement of the competition)
• consent for data collection

The employment contract is concluded with the condition of trial work for a duration of three (3) months.

Only valid and timely applications will be considered.
A valid application is one that contains all the information and attachments specified in the tender, in the form specified in the tender.


A person who has not submitted a valid and timely application or who does not meet the formal conditions of the competition is not considered a registered candidate, and that person will be delivered a written notice stating the reasons why he is not considered a candidate registered for the competition. A person does not have the right to file a legal remedy against that notification.

The tender is open for 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication on the website

Candidates will be informed about the results of the advertisement within the legal term, by delivery of the notification of acceptance to work of the selected candidate or delivery of the decision to cancel the advertisement.
