Job Description

  • providing customer support through written (e-mail) and oral (call) communication channels
  • quick, understandable and accurate response to all user inquiries related to the technology they use, difficulties, system diagnostics, etc.
  • promoting the products of payment service providers
  • communication with users in German
  • professionalism in work and kind communication.

  • German language: C1 level in writing and speaking (advanced and independent user)
  • the ability to work in shifts 0-24 is an advantage
  • experience working in customer support or in the banking sector is an advantage
  • good knowledge of English in speech and writing is an advantage
  • basic use of MS Office packages, speed and accuracy in typing
  • excellent communication and interaction skills
  • effective written and oral communication
  • independence, motivation, organization and openness.
