Job Description:

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries via phone and email
• Provide support regarding reservations, changes, and availability of accommodations
• Resolve guest and partner inquiries and issues
• Use internal tools to process requests 
• Ensure a high level of customer experience 
• Be the first point of contact for Booking.com partners and customers

What we are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English
• Minimum secondary education
• Good computer skills• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece or work from Greece
• Stable internet connection and a peaceful working environment
