Junior System Admin (m / ž)

We are looking for an Junior System Admin who can help us to grow to the next level as a company and is passionate about delivering high quality internal ICT services. As part of the Technical Services team, you will be providing support to your colleagues who are working both in Croatia and abroad, and you will assist the ICT Administrator by:

• Acting as a single point of contact for internal technical support requests
• Administering end-user computers and mobile devices
• Assisting during software and hardware installations
• Performing various other tasks related to the company’s daily ICT operations

You will also have agile mindset with a clear focus on company’s clients, products, and goals, willing to learn and to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve your and your colleagues’ work results.

Uvjeti:

An ICT Technician, as a starting point for this hands-on position, will need the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Very good knowledge of MS Windows 10 OS and MS Office suite of application
• Good working knowledge of virtual systems
• Familiarity with the network protocols and components including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server OS and components including Active Directory and group policies
• Familiarity with other Microsoft server products including MS SQL Server and MS Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
