Customs declarant (m/f/d)


Location: 5020 Salzburg, Radingerstrasse 1
Start: immediately
Working hours: 40-hour week (flextime)

Your tasks:
• Tariffing
• Preparation of goods declarations
• Preparation of transport documents (customs, CMR, delivery note)
• Intrastat declarations
• Registration procedures and clearance procedures in e-customs
• Quoting and order entry
• Correspondence with customers, internal departments and partners

Our requirements:
• Completed forwarding apprenticeship specializing in customs or similar commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of customs desired
• Experience in the NCTS transit procedure would be an advantage
• English knowledge in spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook)
• Independent and conscientious way of working with high accuracy
• Personality with strong communication skills and a strong organizational talent
