Description of jobs:
Organizes, manages and supervises the work of all kitchen employees
• Educates and motivates employees in your team
• Controls all stages of meal preparation
• Controls sanitary and health conditions in the kitchen, safety conditions at work and the implementation and application of HACCP standards in all phases of work in the kitchen
• Follows new trends in food preparation and presentation and works on personal development in the profession
