Requirements:

Completed training as a specialist health EFZ
Enjoyment and experience in long-term care and dealing with people
Committed way of working with a great sense of responsibility and high service orientation
Strong professional, social and personal skills

Activities:

Guaranteeing individual and professional care and support for residents
Responsible for the implementation of all nursing activities and medical diagnostics
Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external services
Responsible for the well-being of the residents
Accompanying the learners in achieving the learning goals
