**Your tasks**

In this demanding role, you are the first point of contact for customers. They accept orders from all over Switzerland. You monitor and coordinate our customers' valuable shipments. They clarify irregularities and communicate in German, English and, ideally, also in Italian and French. **Requirement profile:**

- You have several years of experience in import/export in international forwarding logistics
- You have very good communication skills
- You have strong organizational skills
- You are goal-oriented, resilient and flexible
- You are a team player
- You have very good German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
