To strengthen our team, we are looking for Immediately an Accounting Assistant (male/female) in Hanover.

Your tasks:

- Order and invoice creation and invoice verification

-Processing of dunning account reconciliation and master data maintenance

- Processing of payment transactions and bank transactions

- Accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Participation in asset accounting

-Preparations for the monthly closing

- Review of travel expense and credit card statements

-Orders of office supplies, administration of keys, etc.

- Processing of general correspondence

Your profile:

-Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification

- First relevant professional experience in accounting

-Application-safe MS Office skills

- Sound computer skills

-Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage

- Willingness to learn and reliability

-Proactive and open personality

-Reliable, goal-oriented and structured way of working

-Organizational talent with communication skills and team spirit
