The tragic death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianne and 7 more passengers have shocked the whole world.
Not only the NBA fans were destroyed after this sad news, but millions of people around the globe, to who Kobe was an example and motivation for success.
We all can learn a lot from Kobe’s successful carrier, let’s have a look at the most important part.
“Mamba” mentality
He was known as “Black Mamba”, he chose the nickname. It came after he had a period of stagnation, from which he was searching for a way out. He found it in the mentality of a winner.
He never gave up on his goals, was strongly committed to games and perfecting them, and knew the value of discipline and work ethics.

Kobe Bryant was a perfectionist, and that is how he managed his success, moreover, he did not hide it from his teammates, he was direct with them and told them when they had a bad performance.
